Our classes follow a blended learning approach, with half of the training completed online and the other half conducted in person. You will be required to complete the online portion before attending the in-person portion. You must bring proof of completion to the in-person training. This can be a screenshot, image, or a confirmation email.
Online
The online portion features interactive modules that will teach you basic first aid/CPR/AED knowledge and procedures. It takes approximately three hours to complete. After taking the online training, you will be ready to complete the hands-on portion of the training.
Hands On
During the hands-on training, you will practice the skills you learned online with a Red Cross certified instructor. The class takes approximately three hours to complete.
You will practice proper techniques for first aid, including CPR with AED use, as well as how to respond to choking and severe bleeding emergencies, using our practice dummies.

Certifications expire after two years. After expiration, you will need to retake the course, both online and in-person, in order to get recertified. If your certification has not yet expired, you have the option to challenge the course, meaning you can study on your own and we will test your skills without having to repeat the class. To set up a course challenge appointment, fill out the form below. Under Course Type, select course challenge.
CPR Saves Lives
Statistics show that the earlier CPR is initiated, the greater the chances of survival. In fact, 100,000 to 200,000 lives of adults and children could be saved each year if CPR were performed early enough.

Anyone can perform CPR! Below is a video by the American Heart Association (AHA) showing just how easy performing basic hands-only CPR can be.
Learn CPR in Two Minutes Video
Hands-only CPR has two steps:
- Call 9-1-1.
- Perform chest compressions at a rate of 100-120 beats per minute. To help keep your compressions at the right speed, sing one of the following songs to yourself as you perform chest compressions:
- "Stayin' Alive" by the Bee Gees.
- "Uptown Funk" by Bruno Mars.
- "Crazy in Love" by Beyoncé featuring Jay-Z.
- "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" by Will Smith.
